- Estate sales
- The company runs a sale in the home: it sorts, prices and displays the contents, advertises the sale and handles buyers, usually over two or three days.
- Online estate auctions
- Items are photographed and listed in an online auction, and bidders compete until it closes. Useful for collections, smaller homes, or when an open-house sale isn't practical.
- Estate cleanouts
- After the sale, what's left is donated, sold or hauled away so the house is empty and ready to be listed or handed back.
- Appraisals
- The company values items such as furniture, art, jewelry and collectibles, for a sale, an estate, insurance or dividing belongings.
