Services
- Estate sales
- The company runs a sale in the home: it sorts, prices and displays the contents, advertises the sale and handles buyers, usually over two or three days.
- Estate cleanouts
- After the sale, what's left is donated, sold or hauled away so the house is empty and ready to be listed or handed back.
- Appraisals
- The company values items such as furniture, art, jewelry and collectibles, for a sale, an estate, insurance or dividing belongings.
- Estate buyouts
- Instead of a sale, the company makes one offer for all or part of the contents. Faster, though it usually pays less than a sale.
