Jays Trading Post – Estate Sales in Covington, VA

Contact

Based in: Covington, VA
In business: 7 years
As listed: In-person Estate Sales, Online Auctions, Off-site Sales, Clean-out Services, Consignment, Buy-outs

Estate sales: The company runs a sale in the home: it sorts, prices and displays the contents, advertises the sale and handles buyers, usually over two or three days.
Online estate auctions: Items are photographed and listed in an online auction, and bidders compete until it closes. Useful for collections, smaller homes, or when an open-house sale isn't practical.
Estate cleanouts: After the sale, what's left is donated, sold or hauled away so the house is empty and ready to be listed or handed back.
Estate buyouts: Instead of a sale, the company makes one offer for all or part of the contents. Faster, though it usually pays less than a sale.
